I purchased a GE Spacesaver microwave in May 2007. It completely burned out in October. I scheduled service. The tech came, had to order parts. Rescheduled appt. to return in 1 week. Part arrived, tech never showed. Called GE, complained and rescheduled tech appt. New tech showed up, and threw the part across the counter at me saying this was the wrong part. He walked out of my home offering no resolution, and drove off. I called GE headquarters, reported the tech, and was told to just reschedule another appt. They offered no explanation. I'm supposed to keep taking days off from work and waiting until the right parts come and a qualified tech arrives.
