Four years after purchase GE Washing Machine it stopped working, GE repairman costs $95.00 to walk in the door.He replace the motor for $398.00.

The washer now works but makes a loud noise. The same repairman came back and said the bracket that holds the drum was bent and had to be replaced for another 280.00.

The bracket is the first thing you see when you take the lid off, he had to have seen this on the first visit.

This either an intentional business practice by GE or incompetence. We would not have paid almost $678 to repair this washing machine.

We are fighting with GE now their customer service is appalling.
